The JP242 tenor saxophone is an advanced student level instrument suitable for both first time players and those wishing to upgrade. With a high quality specification that will support players up to grade 8, the JP242 is constructed from high grade 80:20 brass and features an ergonomic keywork design and layout. Drawing inspiration from pro level models, the JP242 has benefitted from an extended period of research and development to ensure a lightweight yet durable instrument. Players will notice its distinct playing characteristics, dynamic tonal flexibility and stability in 3 registers. The JP242 is supplied with everything required to get you up and running; a JP mouthpiece, ligature, reed and mouthpiece cap.
